Our pad printing cliches are instantly ready-to-print. To reach this goal we fully digitalized our workflows using Esko Automation Engine for the job and production management. All parts of the process are under control and the results are documented referring to ISO standards and highest security levels. Making pad printing plates is not only a digital domain but our analogue equipment such as machines for hole punching, metal cutting etc. meet the same high-end standards. Last but not least we believe that unboxing of your personal plates will be a pleasure for you, too.

  3. Esko CDI Spark takes over the digital exposure
  4. Cutting the plates and setting the register holes will be doneexactly to your specifications
  5. Our final inspection process guarantees that you will only receive perfect cliches.
  6. Each printing plate comes with certificate including batchnumber, used materials and plate depth.
